
Week 3 - Day 2
Today we learned about many tips and tricks on how to export our game for different platforms and how to fix common issue we can encounter

Week 3 - Day 1
A super exciting day. In the morning we learned about the creation of dynamic landscapes, while in the afternoon we had an amazing lesson about Sequencer. I look forward to implement in my game what I learned about it!

Week 2 - Day 5
In the last day of Week 2 we got an extensive lesson about the creation of landscapes in Unreal Engine.

Week 2 - Day 4
Extremely exciting day where we explored the amazing world of Niagara Particles systems.
In the second part of the day we also had a quick introduction to Sequencer.

Week 2 - Day 3
A very interesting day, where we explored the amazing world of dynamic materials. I took the opportunity to create a Post Process Volume material to display my character while he is hidden behind objects. See Gameplay link below

Week 2 - Day 2
Today we got an introduction to Ai Logics (Behaviour Trees and State Trees), we also learned interesting tricks about NPC Navigation. I added Ai logic to my game and started with some Environment design. See link below

Week 2 - Day 1
Intense day where we started to explore the world of Control Rigs and procedural animations. I also imlemented exploding barrels and a melee attack, which auto detect nearby enemies

Week 1 - Day 4
On the forth day, we explored the amazing world of UMGs and UI in Unreal Engine. We got also an introduction to Materials.
I decided to start on the development on the game Codename: Commadillo and I took advantage of the weekend to start working on it

Week 1 - Day 3
During the third day of the Fellowship we got an intensive introduction to Lumen and lighting and we explored trough Labs some more advanced Blueprint mechanic. I also discussed with the mentors 3 videogame ideas I had:
- Skelly Mage on a Rampage
- Robocalypse: the moving pinnball
- Codename: Commadillo.
I created a Figma documentation for every single game and tried to brainstorm on which was the best fitting idea for the Fellowship

Week 1 - Day 2
The second day of the first week was mind blowing, as we learned how to create dynamically generated environment and we got an introduction to more advanced Blueprint mechanics

Week 1 - Day 1
The first day of the Unreal Fellowship was extremely exciting. We got guided trough a lot of time saving navigation shortcuts, we got an introduction to Blueprints, and we even learned to create custom plug-ins.
